Job Title: Regional Learning Delivery Manager
Job Location: Hyderabad

Implement and manage the regional learning ILT/VILT* delivery processes according to the new Learning Delivery Core Model and support the learning logistics administration

Duties & Responsibilities
Scope of work applies to all the assigned country & learning institutes.
Learning Delivery effectiveness
+ Prepare program delivery calendaring in partnership with Learning Business Partner.
+ Supports Learning Delivery and Operations manager in planning course schedules and resources.
+ Lead and manage the end-to-end program deployment activities which includes VILT & ILT sessions schedule and logistics (remote or on-site) which includes supervising NIIT for the following activities:
+ Learning administration,
+ Workshop logistics
+ Initiate iLearn Session creation request,
+ Ensure timely mailing of all workshop related communication and any supporting document for visa, contract order to pay, etc).
+ Develop program delivery calendaring in partnership with Learning Business Partner.
+ Lead and manage the end-to-end program deployment activities which includes VILT & ILT sessions schedule and logistics (remote or on-site) which includes supervising NIIT for the following activities:
+ Support new or redesigned learning program landing and pilot sessions deployment.
+ Program delivery and local systems administration approval (eBuy, eVMF, service contract, tax, shipment, etc).
+ Partner with Learning Business Partner to understand program session details.
+ Support new or redesigned learning program landing and pilot sessions deployment.
+ Provide delivery consultation to program owners on new or redesigned program landing and pilot session on the design impacts deployment coordination & iLearn Session setting.
+ Manage learning process outsourcing vendors & remote/virtual extended learning coordinators.
+ Manage tier 1 & 2 operational issues, map out short to long term solutions to address the gaps for continuous delivery process improvement. Process harmonization towards global standards.
Data management with predefined data reporting
+ Local agreed reporting to fulfil mandatory requirements & standard reporting.
+ Handle audit enquiries on delivery aspects. Partner with learning process outsourcing vendors to provide of learning data for audit exercise.
Learning Delivery Transformation
+ Support integration plan to transition all the learning institute towards the Learning Delivery Management Target Operating Model for the assigned country/region.
+ Harmonize program delivery for pilot country in phases to align with global framework whenever possible.
+ Partner with learning process outsourcing vendor on transition journey (eg. scope of work, outsourcing resource management, process mapping, service delivery management system, etc).
+ Provide delivery consultation to identified pilot country or learning institutes partners on new operating model leveraging global framework.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
+ Effective written and verbal English
+ Experience and knowledge in sessions management, learning systems and continuous improvement
+ Effective stakeholder management and interpersonal communications
+ Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
+ Results and detail orientation via proven project management and execution
+ Ability to work and collaborate in a matrix, international, virtual and diverse environment with different time zones
+ Genuine interest in learning deployment and quality improvement
+ Some experience in managing project with intact team or outsourced resource is a plus point
+ Mobile to travel to various sites whenever required
Education:
Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration or equivalent.
