**Overview**
Publicis Le One is hiring an SEAT Digital Lead which is an influential leadership role that covers digital holistically across SEAT, for one of the largest and most innovative global Consumer Healthcare brands, Haleon
Publicis Le One is a dedicated agency within the Publicis Groupe, created specifically to service the HALEON business globally.
This is a high-visibility regional role, whilst focused on SEAT regional activity, this role will have a strong line to local SEAT markets, with a great deal of connection and collaboration with our global digital teams. It is an extremely ‘hands-on’ role, with a need to build education, thought leadership and SEAT digital material, with a significant need to ensure consistent coordination and communication across all digital channels. This role will be instrumental in driving the digital agenda, market maturity and digital transformation for Haleon SEAT.

The Publicis Le One agency team is comprised of various agencies across the Publicis Groupe, so you get to learn about these agencies and their capabilities and work closely with their teams. Additionally, you’ll also have exposure to wider agency and consulting teams – all of whom are working to support this large, global client continue to innovate and evolve in industry-leading ways.
We are looking for someone who is both strategic and analytical, with a passion for marketing and understanding of the human connection between the brand and the customer. We want someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can execute against a customer-obsessed growth-focused strategic framework.
Must have a strong knowledge of holistic digital planning & buying across all biddable channels including programmatic, paid social, paid search and eCommerce.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Bringing together digital, data, analytics and strategy to work together holistically as one
+ Guidance and governance of programmatic, social, search and eCommerce
+ Providing thought leadership to Le One and Haleon across a range of digital topics
+ Internal Le One and external Haleon connectivity
+ Provide excellence in client service across our SEAT digital team to our regional, global, and local Haleon clients
+ Driving digital strategy, strong digital responses, advanced solutions, data-driven initiatives, innovation and full-funnel planning across the SEAT markets through education, guidelines and templates
+ The building of digital marketing collateral to ensure knowledge, digital case studies, learnings and best practices are known, understood and shared across the various digital disciplines
+ Managing key regional with our Google and Facebook partners, steering the various digital projects across the region
+ Providing quarterly and annual Digital Performance Reviews are built and shared with Haleon
+ Represent SEAT Digital in all relevant meetings, events and communications
+ Providing support to our markets in their various digital endeavors
+ Hand on team management and support, ensuring that the SEAT digital team is learning, growing, happy and meeting their individual KPIs
**Key KPIs**
The roles key KPIs involve strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders, driving the success or strategy and innovation through various workstreams, meeting and exceeding HALEONs digital, data and analytics goals, ensuring a strong reputation for HALEON through brand safety and representation and creating a strong culture within Le One and Haleon alike. **Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
+ 10+ years of experience in the advertising industry, with digital strategy and planning preferred
+ 7+ years of experience in a digital media specialty
+ Previous experience in regional / global coordination is preferred, but a good, hands-on understanding of how planning / buying is done locally is essential
+ Will consider a candidate from local market background if from one of our core markets: Australia, Japan, India or China, with regional or global experience preferred
+ Strong digital media planning/ buying experience, across programmatic, paid social, paid search channels, with an understanding of different buying approaches and measurements leveraged for planning and success
+ Strong biddable media strategic experience & knowledge of planning tools, e.g. DV360, Facebook Ad Manager, SA360, Campaign Manager and GoogleAds)
+ Demonstrated experience in analyzing performance results of digital campaigns, and ability to translate performance into actionable insights for clients
+ Very strong client and inter-agency relations skills
+ Exceptional and concise written and verbal communication skills
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Experience with MS Teams, Word and Excel, with excellent skills with MS PowerPoint
