Recruitment & Training Coordinator
Location: BudapestAs a Recruitment & Training Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and executing global recruitment and employee development initiatives within EF Education First. This role blends administrative precision with proactive talent sourcing, including headhunting, recruitment system management, and internal training support.You will be part of a collaborative Recruitment and Employee Development Team, responsible for ensuring smooth operational processes, maintaining systems, and identifying top talent to help our organization grow strategically. Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficiency and compliance in all processes.Proactively source and headhunt candidates for key roles via LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy, streamlined workflows, and up-to-date reporting.Coordinate onboarding activities in collaboration with hiring managers and HR, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including user management, content assignment, tracking, and reporting.Support employer branding efforts through consistent, high-quality candidate and stakeholder communications.Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment on recruitment timelines and talent needs.Contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on recruitment operations and learning initiatives. What We’re Looking For:A detail-oriented team player who enjoys working across multiple systems and supporting internal stakeholders.Someone with strong interpersonal skills who is comfortable conducting outreach and building candidate pipelines through headhunting.A resourceful, organized professional who thrives in an international, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.A flexible mindset with the ability to switch between independent tasks and team-driven initiatives. Qualifications:Full fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent sourcing, HR operations, or a similar fieldProven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one ATS (e.g., Jobvite, Oracle)Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., TalentLMS) and system administrationExcellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience in employer branding or internal communications is a plus
