Key Responsibilities:
Strategize and Innovate: Develop and implement cutting-edge recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent. Lead the Recruitment Cycle: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates. Collaborate and Create: Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and craft compelling job descriptions. Utilize Diverse Channels: Leverage various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to find the best candidates. Optimize Systems: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Analyze and Report: Conduct regular analysis of recruitment metrics and provide insightful reports to senior management. Ensure Compliance: Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners. Promote Our Brand: Champion our employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 5-7 years of recruitment experience with a proven track record as a Recruitment Manager or similar role. Expertise: Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Multitasking Ability: Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment software. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
