Overview: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee multiple projects within Entry-Level Talent Recruiting (Talent Acquisition), Cisco. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning project objectives with business goals, ensuring successful execution, and managing cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Program Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and oversee program strategies that align with business objectives.
* Project Coordination: Manage multiple interrelated projects, ensuring seamless execution, on-time delivery, and quality outcomes.
* Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and project teams, to ensure alignment and communication.
* Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, manage budgets, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project completion.
* Performance Monitoring: Track program performance, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and report progress to senior leadership.
* Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure contingency plans are in place.
* Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve program methodologies, workflows, and best practices.
* Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all program activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Experience: 12+ years of experience with 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably HR program management experience
* in a fast-paced or technology-driven environment.
* Skills:
* Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven experience in managing budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
* Familiarity with project management tools.
* Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is a plus.
* Capability in managing without authority.
