Job DescriptionWe are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for visitors and managing daily administrative tasks efficiently.
Greet and direct visitors, clients, and guests in a welcoming and professional mannerAnswer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications promptlySchedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staffMaintain a clean and organized reception area and conference roomsHandle basic bookkeeping tasks and manage office supplies inventoryAssist with various administrative duties, including data entry and document preparationOperate and maintain office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machinesEnsure security protocols are followed by issuing visitor badges and maintaining visitor logsCollaborate with other departments to support smooth office operationsManage incoming and outgoing mail and packagesUphold confidentiality and adhere to office management systems and proceduresQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or similar administrative roleExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Strong multi-tasking abilities and meticulous attention to detailCustomer service-oriented with a professional and friendly demeanorBasic accounting and bookkeeping skillsFamiliarity with office equipment operation and maintenanceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent organizational skills and time management abilitiesAdaptability to handle various tasks and changing prioritiesAbility to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive informationKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresAdditional InformationAbout AECOM
