Opis stanowiskaKey Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality MD Memos and decision-support materials for internal stakeholders and senior leadershipValidate and assess real estate opportunities in close collaboration with internal departments and external partnersTake an active role in the development of new site, from early planning through to implementationManage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations across multiple marketsEnsure compliance with internal governance processes, corporate real estate policies, and relevant regulationsLiaise cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, Legal, chosen MDs to deliver end-to-end project outcomesMonitor progress, report on key milestones, and proactively resolve risks or bottlenecksKwalifikacjeRequirements:
Proven experience in real estate development, corporate real estate, project management, or site expansionStrong business writing skills with experience preparing executive-level documentation (ideally MD memos or board materials)Excellent organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management abilitiesComfortable operating in a fast-paced and international corporate environmentFluency in EnglishAcademic background in Real Estate, Business Administration, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field is preferredDodatkowe informacjeOffer:
