Job Overview
The R&M Quality Manager provides leadership for the assigned location and global manufacturing quality function to ensure product quality at our global manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible for collaborating with Manufacturing to implement an effective quality management system at each manufacturing site, implement an effective audit program, drive defect data collection, implement corrective/preventive actions to avoid repetition of issues, measure performance, and work on continuous improvement. The Quality Manager will lead the development and implementation of Quality Improvement Programs/Initiatives to drive manufacturing facilities toward Zero Defects and Zero Quality Escapes, while continually striving for reduction of company Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).

Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering 8+ years of experience in an industrial environment 12+ years knowledge in APIQ1 12+ years of Manufacturing Quality experience Demonstrated global leadership experience in a Quality organizationPreferred
