R&M QUALITY MANAGER

**Job Overview**
The R&M Quality Manager provides leadership for the assigned location and global manufacturing quality function to ensure product quality at our global manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible for collaborating with Manufacturing to implement an effective quality management system at each manufacturing site, implement an effective audit program, drive defect data collection, implement corrective/preventive actions to avoid repetition of issues, measure performance, and work on continuous improvement. The Quality Manager will lead the development and implementation of Quality Improvement Programs/Initiatives to drive manufacturing facilities toward Zero Defects and Zero Quality Escapes, while continually striving for reduction of company Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).

+ Maintain the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring all activities are carried out ethically and in compliance with Company's policies, Management System, relevant laws, regulations, standards, and industry practices

+ Demonstrate effective safety leadership for the health and safety arrangements of all subordinates and visitors on Company premises
**Experience and Education**
**Required**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering
+ 8+ years of experience in an industrial environment
+ 12+ years knowledge in APIQ1
+ 12+ years of Manufacturing Quality experience
+ Demonstrated global leadership experience in a Quality organization
**Preferred**
+ Root Cause Analysis Incident Investigation Training
+ Lean Six Sigma Training
+ ATEX/IECEx
