Our client is seeking an R&D Engineering Technician to join their team. As an R&D Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for testing raw materials and fabricated products, along with supporting the R&D Engineering Team on other job related tasks. The ideal candidate will have ability to work independently & as part of cross-functional teams, able to work under minimal supervision and exhibit a high attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: R&D Engineering Technician
Location: Hanover, PA
Pay Rate: $25/hour to $30/hour (Will be dependent on experience level)

Key Responsibilities

Test physical properties of experimental raw materials. Assist for issuing production trial runs to the plant to test new formulations or new sources of materials. Maintain lab extrusion and wire fab/drawing equipment.Requirements Minimum 3-5 years’ experience on the job or in a related field. Self-motivated and willing to take on other responsibilities throughout the lab. Works well with others in a team atmosphere.
