The S&C Quality Supervisor is an experienced Quality professional, responsible for the oversight and ownership of the Service and Capabilities (S&C) team’s process performance; continuously achieving KPIs in compliance with requirements and regulations. This supervisor provides day-to-day work directions for the team, focused on maintaining steady workflow, resource allocation and productivity while also spending a portion of time executing individual tasks within the process. This team leader is also an instrumental contributor for strategic process improvement initiatives. It is a strong project coordinator /operational efficiency and can influence internal and external stakeholders to remove roadblocks and achieve overall S&C strategic goals. This will be a remote position based in Colombia. Service and Capabilities Team current scope of work: • Complaint Handling Return • Product Hold Order (PHO) • Non- Conforming (NC) • MPS Support **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** + Oversight and ownership of Service and Capabilities (S&C) team’s process performance; continuously achieving KPIs in compliance with requirements and regulations + Establish performance objectives for the team and oversee their implementation through operational meetings and other monitoring tools + Organize and maintain team’s work allocation and priorities to ensure process performance continuously achieving KPIs + Proactively monitor and analyse process performance metrics to identify trends, detect deviations, and proactively implement corrective actions to ensure operational efficiency. / Using MPS to drive teams’ performance and guide improvement + Mange processes escalations support root cause analysis and efficient solution to problems. + Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, influencing results and removing barriers to process execution + Supervise and mentor S&C team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development + Provide inspirational leadership by defining and implementing initiatives that foster a strong team culture, as demonstrated through organizational indicators such as ethics, inclusion, and Put Patient First (PPF) + Work closely with other departments such Global Regions Quality, Global Supply Chain and operations to ensure adequate alignment of work and collaborative approach to problem solving and/or improvement initiatives + Lead or collaborate with tactical, operational and strategic process improvement initiatives + Keep leadership informed about team performance and culture by providing regular updates + Support Audit processes **Required Knowledge and Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree + Five years of experience working with Quality Management systems, preferably in the medical device industry + Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role + Fluent in English + Good understanding of GDP and its implementation + Knowledge of Complaint Handling, Product Hold Order and Non-conforming processes strongly desired + Project management or coordination working experience Knowledge or experience in Operations/ Supply Chain; Working knowledge of ISO13485; DMAIC and Lean Sigma knowledge; SAP, Trackwise; Fluent in Portuguese; ISO13485 certified auditor is advantageous **Physical Job Requirements** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  **Benefits & Compensation** **Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package** A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
