Concentrix CVG Customer Management Group Inc. has multiple openings for the position of Quality Engineer. Work may be performed in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. depending on specific project needs. Travel and/or relocation may be required. Telecommuting may be permitted.

The Quality Engineer will debug software using automated tests to achieve quality standards for company products. Execute test plans to ensure program functionality. Consult development engineers to address issues. Provide feedback for evaluation of programming languages, systems, and computation software. Debug software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products. Develop, modify, and execute software test plans, automated scripts and programs for testing. Analyze and write test standards and procedures. Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and recommend corrective action. Ensure quality computer integration into the overall functions of scientific computation, data acquisition, and processing.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Math, or a related technical/analytical field, plus five (5) years of experience in the same or similar IT/Computer-related position. Required experience must include working with: Selenium webdriver; Python; SQL; Jira; Web services API; and scrum projects. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required for this position (no visa sponsorship available).

The base salary range for this position is $98,717 - $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
