Our client, a leading player in the technology sector, is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team. As a Quality Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Engineer

Location: Mishawaka, IN

Pay Range: $70,000 - $110,000

What's the Job?

Develop and execute test plans to ensure product quality. Identify, document, and track defects in software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product design and functionality. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in software quality assurance and testing. Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
