The Advisors Research Center (ARC) team is looking for a Research Manager to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about research, the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role
Perform end-to-end research (Qualitative and quantitative):
1.\tDo briefing sessions and Scoping research projects
2.\tDesign research instruments: Screeners, questionnaires and moderation guides, among others.
3.\tScripting and data processing
4.\tModeration of in-depth interviews and focus groups
5.\tAnalysis
6.\tCharting and reporting
7.\tOral presentations

•\tSenior level of qualitative and quantitative research experience
•\tProject Management Expertise
•\tSoft skills related to a Managerial position: Ability to negotiate, strong analytical skills and team work
