Your role and responsibilities

Lead several persons to focus on specific task / industrial field to fulfill the annual targetPrepare professional technical proposals for robotic application systems, with focus on cost effectiveness, low risk, and ease of operationProvide technical and experienced inputs to customer inquiry/feedback review, and convert this information into an engineering offer with a logical cost estimationEnsure that design and engineering is in accordance with applicable codes, standards, practices and contractual requirementsPrepare the technical presentations and present to customerProvide customers with professional consultationLead the preparation of technical documentation for the delivered systemPrepare the cost calculation of system to support sales’ offer.Initiatively develop and maintain the customer relationship from technical side.Performs other support sales relevant as required

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor or above,major in mechanics/engineering/roboticsOver 8 years of experience in proposal design of automotive industry or robotics preferred,Including 12 years of management experiences, good management skillsGood English communication abilitiesEffective communication and presentation skillsStrong organizational skills
