The Shipping and Receiving team oversee the delivery and receivership of our innovative energy products. We pack and process orders for global on-site and offshore locations to ensure accurate and successful delivery.


Partner with the best
The Project Shipping Manager is responsible for shipping activities for assigned job, inside the Logistic & Duty team. She/he will work under the supervision of an expert Shipping Manager, supporting at 360 degrees the shipping execution. This role involves close collaboration with the project manager, the customer's shipping manager, and shipping providers to manage shipping activities until the completion of contractual obligations. Additionally, the role includes cost control for shipments and pitching to the project team.

As a Shipping and Receiving, you will be responsible for:

Coordinating goods handover to customer.Reviewing project-specific Shipping, Packing, and Marking Instructions.Creating shipping plan for each shipment lot.Ensuring issuance of transport, customs, and cash-in documentationOrganizing transportation per contractual delivery terms and find cost-saving opportunities.Maintaining MCR Monthly Cost reportAssisting Procurement with transport costs and duty rates for total cost analysis.Enhancing Project shipping process within the team.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a bachelor’s degree in any relevant course of study. Have at least 3 years experience as a Project Shipping SpecialistHave a comprehensive knowledge of the Office suite for managing cost control and shipping plans.Be capable of handling uncertainties, initiating improvements where necessary, and working towards targets and deadlines.Have a proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written, is essential. Additional languages are advantageous.Have preferred skills include relevant experience in a similar role involving management of complex transportation materials (e.g., out of gauge, heavy lift).Have Preferred skills also include previous team working experience, the ability to manage and motivate functional teams, and Project Management expertise.Have ability to operate computers and machines with digital controls or outputsHave SAP experience related to inventory control, warehouse, shipping, or receivingHave thorough understanding and ability to operate forklifts, cranes, and other material moving equipmentHave good written and verbal communication skillsBe willing to learn new skills and support with whatever task is needed.
