Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the local management of all project execution activities in the area of responsibility. Each day, you will ensure operations are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by coordinating and overseeing team development and standardized process development to continually improve the effectiveness of Project Execution teams.The work model for the role is:#LI-Hybrid.This role is contributing to the Process Automation business for Process Industries division based in Bangalore, IndiaYou will be mainly accountable for:• Project Leadership – Lead project teams to ensure successful execution, meeting objectives, and delivering contracted results. Oversee project planning, execution, financial control, and performance improvement while adhering to best practices and company policies.• Contract, Claims & Procurement Management – Manage procurement activities for services, materials, and equipment. Support supplier negotiations, handle project claims, and ensure smooth contract execution for optimal outcomes.• Planning & Scheduling – Define and implement advanced scheduling techniques, proactively mitigate risks, and drive project timelines to ensure on-time delivery. Continuously improve planning strategies by analyzing past projects and lessons learned.• Quality & HSE Compliance – Collaborate with the project quality team to align contractual requirements with quality standards. Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and risk mitiga-tion strategies are in place to promote a strong HSE culture.• Stakeholder Relations – Serve as the key contact for customers, internal teams, and external partners. Foster strong relationships, address project challenges proactively, and maintain clear, effective communication with all stakeholders.You will join a dynamic team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

Minimum 15+ years of professional experience related to the function (Projects for Process Industries customers) with proficiency in Engineering of projects, Customer Service & overall end-to-end operations of projects Work experience in project execution- Electrification, Drives & Motors & Automation projects for P&P/Metals/Cement/Mining industries. Electrification, Drives & Motors & Automation industry experience Project Management & Quality and Proven working experience in complete project life cycle Management. Track record and proven capability in Change Management, managing internal-external projects/programs. Experience in process management, ideally in project business, preferably in Process Industries and Continuous Improvement experience Minimum L6S Yellow Belt Should be an engineering graduate
