Project Manager Administrator Job Description (6-Month Temporary Role)
We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager administrator for a 6-month temporary role to support project delivery and coordination within our business service functions, reporting directly to the Site Delivery Manager. The ideal candidate will assist in managing project tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams, with a preference for Global Business Services (GBS) experience.
What will you be doing?
Project Support & Coordination:
Assist the Site Delivery manager in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.
Coordinate tasks, schedules, and resources to ensure projects stay on track.
Support documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes.
Team Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and resolve issues.
Communicate project updates to stakeholders and team members.
Help facilitate meetings, workshops, and project-related activities.
Metrics & Reporting:
Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines using project management tools.
Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to share progress with the team.
Ensure project documentation is organized and up to date.
What will you need to be successful?
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a related role. Experience in Global Business Services (GBS) is preferred.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of project management principles and tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or Asana).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Competencies:
Proactive and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to deliver good quality work under little supervision
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multinational team environment.
