**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience to lead and manage projects in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Werum PAS-X Master control and Trackwise along with domain experience in Cheminformatics and Bioinformatics. This role involves overseeing project execution ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering impactful solutions in a day shift environment. **Responsibilities** + Lead project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. + Oversee the integration of Werum PAS-X Master control and Trackwise systems to optimize project workflows. + Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with organizational goals. + Provide expert guidance on Cheminformatics and Bioinformatics to enhance project outcomes. + Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. + Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment. + Develop and maintain project documentation to support project tracking and reporting. + Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks. + Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency. + Collaborate with team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation. + Utilize project management tools to streamline processes and improve productivity. + Drive initiatives that contribute to the companys purpose and societal impact.
