Our client, a leading player in the Aerospace industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team as a direct hire. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Operations team supporting the production planning and control processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent leadership abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Charleston, SC

Pay Range: $115,000 - $128,000

What's the Job?

Develop and manage the project plan including scope, timeline, and resource allocation. Define project deliverables, milestones, and manage risks to achieve deliverables and create a production plan. Responsible for execution of the production plan by managing material, resources, and manpower. Monitor daily plan versus actual performance according to the production plan and mitigate ongoing challenges. Track material availability until the Full Kit is in place and maintain the production plan in ERP systems.

What's Needed?

Bachelor’s degree in industrial management, economics, or logistics. At least 2 years’ experience in production planning and control. Aerospace experience (Boeing, GKN preferred). Proficiency in ERP systems and strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Office. Proven ability to manage and track project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
