**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in o9 Project Stakeholder Management Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) and Project Planning. Experience in Supply Chain Management is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. **Responsibilities** + Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope time and budget. + Oversee the development and implementation of project plans including defining project goals objectives and deliverables. + Provide expertise in o9 to optimize project outcomes and drive efficiency. + Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives and progress. + Monitor project progress and performance identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise. + Utilize Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) tools and methodologies to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Develop and maintain detailed project schedules ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget. + Facilitate regular project meetings providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or questions. + Ensure all project documentation is accurate up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders. + Implement best practices in project management to continuously improve processes and outcomes. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of project plans. + Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. + Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards throughout the project lifecycle. **Qualifications** + Must have strong skills in Project Stakeholder Management. + Must have expertise in Portfolio & Project Management (PPM). + Must have proficiency in Project Planning. + Nice to have experience in Supply Chain Management. + Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Must have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. + Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Must have experience in a hybrid work model. + Must have the ability to work effectively in a team environment. + Must have strong organizational and time management skills. + Must have a proven track record of successful project delivery. + Must have the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. **Certifications Required** Good to have PMP Scrum master Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
