Project Manager, Advanced Operations

**Job summary :**
As part of the Advanced Operations Upper Extremities team, you will lead the development of industrialization projects for medical implants and instruments within an international environment. You will coordinate the efforts of AO team members across various Stryker sites, working in close collaboration with teams from other departments (R&D, Operations, etc.). You will also contribute to establishing and deploying best practices in project management, as well as to implementing the department’s and AO’s overall strategy.
**W** **hat you will do :**
+ Lead and deploy engineering projects by building schedules, budgets, and resources linked to the creation of manufacturing flows.
+ Supervise and coordinate the project team, working in collaboration with internal departments and subcontractors across multiple sites.
+ Contribute to the implementation of a rigorous project management methodology aimed at optimizing processes, defining clear operational standards, and ensuring smooth project execution.
+ Communicate and represent Advanced Operations during global project meetings.
+ Enable the team to leverage proven methods such as design for manufacturing (DFM) or Lean to maximize performance
+ Collaborate actively with other Advanced Operations sites to maximize project success.

**Minimum Qualifications (Required):**
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science discipline or equivalent required. Project management certification through an accredited organization (preferred)
