Think that’s cool? Keep reading: **The Role** Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management, engineering, customer project team. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Monitor progress and develops reports and presentations using Excel and Power Point software. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Ability to work with Navy/Coast Guard counterparts in a collaborative manner. Extensive travel is required. **Must Have** High school diploma and 10 years of shipbuiding experience.
