We are looking for a Program Specialist to join the Ring Customer Support Security (CSSec) team and to help build scalable programs that focus on maintaining information security.

Key job responsibilities
This role will specifically focus on maintaining and implementing security related programs within the Ring Community Support (CS) organization.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, collect, analyze, and report on processes and programs internal to CS.
- Audit standard operating procedures
- Identify trends or obstacles and improvements to processes or controls.
- Make recommendations to managers for input into program and product roadmap discussions.
- May participate in the development and delivery of continuous improvement training.
- Perform additional tasks that may be assigned such as creation of procedures or managing small-to-medium programs.
- Assist senior program managers large projects



A day in the life
As a program specialist, you will own small to medium projects that raise the security bar within the customer support organization. You will support and build mechanisms to track and report potential security and privacy related incidents. You will be the primary point of contact for those incidents, triage them and engage the appropriate teams to ensure quick resolution. You will work with senior Program managers to support their projects as well by helping with documentation, policy writing and upkeep of the team wiki.

About the team
Ring Customer Support Security team champions security, privacy, and compliance initiatives in partnership with Ring, Blink, Key, and Sidewalk (RBKS) Security and Privacy teams. While RBKS Security, Trust Privacy and Accessibility teams oversee all areas of RBKS subsidiaries, our team focuses on application and enforcement within the Ring Customer Support organization.
