The Seller Reimbursements (SR) team manages a thin line between balancing Seller Experience and arresting defects and cost leakages. Getting this balance right is crucial to driving our flywheel faster and stronger.

We are looking for a Program Manager to be a counter-balance to building and raising the bar on Seller Experience while continuing to drive efforts to reduce leakages, curb abuse across the network and identify process improvement opportunities.

The ideal candidate should be strategic, highly analytical, customer-focused, team oriented, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities
- Identify, analyse and own solutions for reducing Denial Rate, Reopen Rate and expanding Deterministic Coverage
- Deliver results through extensive cross functional integration with multiple Amazon internal teams including SLP, EMP, NCRC, Safe-t Product, Safe-t Operations, Network Loss, Legal, Finance, Trans Tech, etc.
- Perform data analysis and translate insights into concrete, actionable recommendations for operational, program, or process improvement
- Own reporting of metrics and root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and improve processes, policies and strategies to support the program’s vision
- Ability to communicate across different functions and teams in order to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
