Program Manager, Change Management
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Change Management Program Manager to design, implement, and oversee programs that facilitate organizational transformation, enhance adaptability, and drive successful change initiatives. This role will be instrumental in creating and maintaining a smooth transition process that ensures employee buy-in, minimizes resistance, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.

• Implement project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of change programs
• Analyze project metrics and change adoption rates, using data-driven insights to implement improvements and adjust strategies
• Create and maintain project dashboards to track program effectiveness, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational adaptability, project success rates, and overall change resilience
Strategic Program Leadership & Change Management
Design, implement, and oversee transformative change initiatives that drive organizational excellence:
• Develop and optimize comprehensive change communication plans to ensure clear and consistent messaging
• Architect training and support frameworks that align with change objectives and facilitate smooth transitions
• Establish and scale change champion networks to foster widespread adoption and engagement
• Orchestrate change-related events and initiatives that strengthen organizational buy-in
• Create innovative change management approaches that enhance adaptability and increase change acceptance scores
Performance Analytics & Impact Assessment
• Design and implement comprehensive metrics frameworks to evaluate change initiative effectiveness
• Generate data-driven insights through quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Deliver executive-level reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI)
• Leverage analytics to drive continuous improvement and program refinement
• Create actionable recommendations based on change outcomes and emerging trends
Lead the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from start to finish:
• Conduct thorough process analysis to identify areas requiring standardization
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to document best practices and procedures
• Draft, review, and finalize SOPs ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards
• Oversee the rollout of new SOPs, including training, communication, and change management strategies
• Establish mechanisms for continuous improvement and regular updates of SOPs
