General Summary:

Assists with program development and implementation through managing processes, procedures, and tools that improve efficiencies. A Program Analyst coordinates across teams and monitors timelines, budgets, risks, and priorities to achieve program progress. Typically, a program needing a Program Analyst will be of significant size and will require expertise related to the development of project management mechanisms.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of relevant work experience.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team.  This job requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, visualization and summarization, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Ability to collect, analyzes, interpret, and verify highly complex data and information from multiple sources to identify critical trends, and address highly complex issues.The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth data analysis on data center utilization, tracking, predicting, monitoring usage, and developing dashboards to drive data center operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of data center utilization, including the efficiency of engineering jobs executed on the data center.Data Collection: Gather and compile data from various sources to ensure comprehensive analysis.Reporting: Develop and present reports that highlight key findings, trends, and recommendations for optimizing data center performance.Efficiency Evaluation: Assess the efficiency of engineering jobs and identify areas for improvement.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and program management, to ensure alignment and effective data utilization.Data Visualization: Create visual representations of data to facilitate understanding and decision-making.Predictive Analysis: Utilize predictive analytics to forecast future data center utilization and efficiency trends.Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement strategies for continuous improvement in data center operations based on analytical findings.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in data center operations or a related industry.Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.Technical Knowledge: Understanding of the basics of data center, server, and LSF (Load Sharing Facility) architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud computing platforms and data center technologies.Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics techniques.Familiarity with engineering workflows and processes.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position requiring the employee to be present in the office all 5 days of the week.
