The role will be critical team member to work with country commercial team, Regional Clinical Development & Education SEA, APAC and Global franchise teams from business planning, customer engagement, development of market/. **Key Responsibilities:** + Build capabilities to drive MIS acceleration + Tie up with centers of excellence + Scale up centres of excellence/ training centers across SEA markets in 2-5 years + Surgeon selection + Identify areas of growth/ profit + Local evidence generation + New technology training/ Organize roadshows etc. + Develop and work with SEA Ethicon country lead to support the company's business objectives and drives revenue growth. **Qualifications** **Education:** + A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required; MBBS or advanced degree preferred. **Experience and Skills:** **Required:** + 8-10 years of relevant business experience in Professional education, Marketing, General Management, or a related field, preferably medical device. + Deep interest in science and surgery business + Demonstrated ability to operate in highly complex, hybrid and diversified markets. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
