Job Description
Position Summary:
You will be reporting directly to the Production Manager.
The type of workplace you will work in is a learning environment to help you develop leadership. Your will provide general support to Production department in daily activities and special projects. Its main responsibility consists in critical data collection and analysis to be used for Production Indicator's monitoring and processes improvement.
The main activities and responsibilities of this role include:
Coordinate and monitor the Production Scorecard daily/weekly on time updateGather and monitor all data for the HPTs related to lost hoursSend time block report for transportation refund purposesGather data, send Overtime report observing established scheduleDistribute formalities from Coopzoamerica (Loan application, Claim savings, changes in savings).Maintain the accuracy of the Plant's direct labor headcount distribution by HPT and by LineManage the direct labor presenteeism while arranging HR Documents such as leaves, paid/unpaid absences and vacations forms.Gather all data required for direct employee's performance evaluation.On a daily basis, gather all data related to failed orders to complete Tara's report on Mondays by the end of the daySupport Plant's 5'S +1 Program by overseeing 5'S supplies availability in the lines.Request purchase, distribute and control office supply inventory.Coordinate with production floor non productive activities such as meetings, forums and trainings that involves direct employeesCreate reports and charts to monitor Production's goals.Provide support to production supervisors to create templates and reports needed for their work assuring standardization.Coordinate all activities related with the maintenance of Production Department's SharePoint.Be a Line Leader in the event of missing a Line LeaderBe the liaison for all activities related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and HR motivating the Production Team to support Perform any other activities related with job position.Requirements:
Education: Student of Industrial/Electronic Engineering or another related career.
Experience: 1 year of related experience.
Advanced English knowledge.
Manage PC & windows programs.
