**Responsibilities:** + Implement Corteva Value and Market Shaper in PR operation + Monitor productivity since selecting the area, POT implementation, and harvest delivery + Lead the agronomy sampling, drive handling agronomy issue, inspect non technical factor that may affected the yield + Lead the testing, trial, and pilot production for new product to get optimum producibility + Cooperate with PS and R&D team to assist the End to End process of new product + Conduct agronomy training & testing support as required (FET, GOT, soil clinic, etc) + Manage the cost of testing and trial **Qualifications:** **Education** Bachelor’s degree or higher from agriculture or related major **Experience:** + Testing, trial, and data analysis + Crop management / farm management + Well experience in seed production organization in supervisor level + Team management **Knowledge, skill, and abilities:** + Able to analyze data using related tools and statistic tools + Able to train people + English proficiency both written and spoken + Able to operate windows, presentation, and data spreadsheet + Willing to work in remote area and travel across production location + Collaboration, influence, and drive others Corteva Agriscience™ is an equal opportunity employer.
