In this critical role, you will support production by managing raw material planning, purchasing, and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of components and efficient manufacturing operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and leverage tools like SAP and finite scheduling software to drive performance and support our mission of protecting people and vital resources.

What You Will DoManage raw material planning and purchasing to support production schedules
Maintain safety stock levels and execute inventory replenishment strategies
Collaborate with production managers, welders, and operators to ensure timely availability of parts and components
Use SAP and other planning tools to maintain accurate data and support scheduling
Partner cross-functionally to resolve material shortages and adjust ship dates as needed
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiency

Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
2 years of work experience in supply chain planning, finance, marketing, or a related analytical discipline
Experience with ERP systems, advanced planning systems, or equivalent software
Prior experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
Preferred QualificationsDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with different audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive decisions and build consensus among stakeholders
Ability to navigate complex policy, process, and people-related organizational dynamics
A track record of successfully delivering to Key Performance Indicators and business objectives
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
Demonstrated ability for using a strategic mindset
Advanced technical or business degree (MBA preferred)
APICS Certification
Experience in operational excellence or project management (e.g., TPM, Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt)
Background in equipment or electronics production environments

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $64,000.00 - $96,000.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
