We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operator to join its metal fabrication team in Orange, CT. If you have experience in press operation, blueprint reading, and using precision tools, this is your chance to work with one of the most respected manufacturing teams in the industry.
Job Title: Production Operator Location: Orange, CT Pay Range: $20.00 Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PMWhat’s the Job?
Operate and set up die forming and roll forming equipment Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure product accuracy Perform metal fabrication tasks and follow job process sheets Collaborate with engineers and other operators to resolve production issues
What’s Needed?
Minimum 3 years of experience in a production/manufacturing setting Experience with metal fabrication (welding, forming, etc.) Strong skills in press setup/operation Proficient in using precision measuring tools Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints Self-starter with attention to detail and teamwork mindset
