We’re seeking a Production & Installation Manager to oversee operations in York, PA and surrounding areas. If you have experience in acrylic bath systems and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

Oversee all aspects of installation and production for bath remodeling projects

Hire, train, and manage the installation team

Maintain 100% customer satisfaction and ensure positive feedback from all clients

Communicate regularly with customers regarding project timelines and satisfaction

Plan and schedule installations efficiently

Review sales contracts and coordinate with the sales team before ordering products

Manage vendor relationships and oversee inventory and warehouse operations

Ensure proper permits are obtained where required

Maintain detailed customer folders and production schedules using our CRM

Provide ongoing training and support for quality control in installations

Coordinate warranty and service calls with follow-up reviews

Analyze job costs and service calls to recommend improvements

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience with acrylic bath systems (required)

Background in quality assurance (required)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent organizational and communication abilities

CRM proficiency and comfort with digital scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar)

Commitment to customer service and continuous improvement
