Job Description

Plans, schedules and monitors the movement of material through the production cycle. Determines material requirements from engineering and production schedules. Coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering. Develops specifications for new contract orders.

This Production Control Analysis will be responsible for $1.2M of Backlog, execute shipments of 156 STOs weekly, the analysis and released of 286 production orders, and the upload of 844 lines in the casual report. We are requesting a level 3 Materials Planner with solid experience in the planning and supply chain areas; in the proposal organization we are dividing our team in Production Planners and Supply Planners, we are adding responsibility of intercompany demand planning to improve the service between the sister plants.

•Master scheduling, production planning, coordination, and shop scheduling and dispatching.

•Material requirements, planning systems, work-in-process tracking, manufacturing performance reporting.

•Approves quantities, schedules and parts lists provided to the material control organization to ensure timely and complete ordering, as well as receipt and issuance of production material requirements.

•Responsible of the Inventory levels, Supplier discrepancies, Mismatch Invoices, provide timely follow up with suppliers for prompt resolution.

•Work with Sourcing in the material escalations and resolution issues

Detailed Qualification:

Bachelor degree in Businees Administration, Engineering. or related

Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position.

Excellent communication skills via written and oral in both Spanish and English.

SAP management.

Experience in planning and dispatching supplier

Analytical and proactive
