**Responsibilities:** + Administrate all Growing and Harvesting Materials activities. + Monitor for seed field inspection result from Grow and Harvest Materials. + Collecting, filing storing and maintaining all of seed field production record. + Introduce new technology and methodology for seed production to contract grower to enhance higher seed yield and quality. + Train and develop growers and our Seasonal/Daily workers for Seed Production to have skill and competencies to leverage or follow all methods, procedures and Core Value regulation. Support all workers to ensure good coordination with growers. + Monitor and periodically stock take for field material Inventory such as Parent Seed, fertilizer, insecticide and herbicide in compliance with company policy. + Additional responsibilities: Monitor production research in site for commercial part. Training field coordinator and field operator on the job in site. **Qualifications** + Bachelor Degree in Agriculture prefers Agronomy. + Min. 1 year in Seed Production and Seed Quality Knowledge and experience + Ability to drive with a driver’s license. + Knowledge and experience in seed corn production field. + Ability to speak Thai Northern dialect is advantage. + English prolificacy. + Computer skill (MS office) Corteva Agriscience™ is an equal opportunity employer.
