Product Specialist

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
+ Assure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals, targets and activities in assigned territory or projects by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining and growing existing business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Achieve the product/ team targets.
+ Assist Sales Manager or National Sales Manager by providing information to develop Sales objectives, strategies, and marketing and sales activities in field.
+ Actively assist the Sales Manager or National Sales Manager in arranging symposia, seminars, lecture, speaker program, product presentation, special project assignment and new initiatives.
+ Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential accounts/hospitals.
+ Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory or at national level.
+ Maintain close relationships with key customers, KOL, PTC (Pharmacy Therapeutic Committee), Director, Pharmacist and ensure the company’s products are meeting their requirements.
+ Address product complaints in a timely fashion and as per Policy.
+ Assist new representatives by sharing product knowledge and information.
+ Report market intelligence to Sales and Marketing Management in a correct and timely manner.
+ Represent Abbott in a professional manner that aligns with company image, ensuring activities comply with WHO code, Thai code, PReMA code relevant Acts, legal demands, Abbott code of conduct and ethical standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
+ Degree in Science/Pharmacy or a Medical related field
+ Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a sales role in Ethical Channel and/or the Health Care Industry.
+ Experience in Woman Health Business is preferable, but not a must.
