The Product Owner is part of the Digital Properties Roadmap Product Line team, managing and optimizing Sanofi’s Digital Property (DPR) Portfolio cross Global Business Units (GBUs) in their region. The role supports cross GBU business stakeholders through approval of new requests and enhancements, ensuring there is strategic adherence within the DPR Governance Model, and keeping a healthy global portfolio for Sanofi’s GBUs. Digital Regional Leads improve the portfolio on every new request, on different simplification exercises, and by monitoring website performance vs defined KPIs. This team also owns all DPR Products incl. Process, System, Training and GBU Reports; the regional lead will be a natural lead for such product(s), in other words a product owner. Ready to get started? **Main Responsibilities:** **Governance Model & Portfolio Approval** + Provide guidance and support to Digital Property Business Owners (BO) and Digital Supervisors (DS) through Portfolio Approval process and overall Governance Model. + Engage with BOs early in the process and provide all necessary resources (e.g., existing DPR Trainings) to ensure all processes are outlined and to establish partnership and a DPR-first mindset. + Lead presentations on DPRs in Regional scope on weekly cross GBU DPR governance and liaise with business owner on outcome engaging relevant governance members as appropriate. + Mitigate agency driven projects and align to digital strategies of Magnolia Design Guidelines/Magnolia Position in collaboration with and supported by Digital Commerce. + Actively seek improvements to cross GBU DPR Governance in close collaboration with BOs, DSs, OC & Medical Leads, Digital Commerce. **Strategy & KPIs** + Challenge business case on new websites in alignment with digital strategies including Magnolia, Campus positioning, and approving with measurable KPIs. + Review new Regional DPRs and align with DPR Governance team on Global strategies to support the Web Optimization Initiative in reducing non-strategic DPRs. + Establish KPI mindset, support KPIs definition based on existing framework, ensure all necessary information is captured before review especially measurable KPIs and Portfolio Approval Checklist + Reinforce web properties governance by aligning and monitoring KPIs to drive prioritization. + Analyze web inventory and include KPIs for new coming properties and eventually all existing web properties. **DPR Portfolio Ownership** + Improve the quality of Sanofi GBU’s DPR Portfolio upon every DP Request leveraging the Governance model and Strategy defined above. + Participate in different simplification exercises aiming to improve the data quality of the Portfolio, specifically updating DP status, and to optimize the number of initiatives that Sanofi’s GBUs are carrying out. + Monitor website performance, actively on new requests and passively on existing requests, upon the KPIs described on each DPR.
