**Summary:**
Meta seeks a Product Marketing Manager in India to drive adoption and growth of advertising solutions for customers across Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp and future applications and services. The successful candidate must have experience closely partnering with product and sales leaders on successful product revenue or product adoption programs in a fast-paced digital marketing company and can independently lead strategic planning and tactical execution in support of channel marketing efforts. This thought leader will represent the full product roadmap and suite of product and solution offerings to external clients and partners. Success in this position requires a good understanding of the advertising market and Meta’s advertising products. It also requires a focus on client service and the experience to successfully work with a large, distributed team in a cross-functional, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders in the organization, including product and sales leaders around the world.

Product Marketing Manager, India Responsibilities:
1. Be the product go-to-market expert across our priority ad products, and own product growth and adoption for our large advertisers in India.
2. Strategically drive business performance and product adoption goals, by managing executive level relationships and independently navigate a variety of internal and external stakeholders to influence, align, and drive execution.
3. Plan and execute against local go-to-market strategies which include delivering product trainings, client segmentation lists, product positioning and narratives through the lens of Advertisers to drive business outcomes.
4. Partner with cross functional stakeholders to conduct tests, validate proof points for our priority products and scale learnings.
5. Act as the voice of the market to global product teams. Influence product strategy and roadmapping by partnering with cross functional teams to size local opportunities and synthesize market feedback with data backed insights.

6. BA/BS degree or equivalent
7. 6+ years of professional experience in product marketing and digital advertising or relevant experience
8. Proven track record in setting priorities, problem solving and independent execution
9. Track record of influencing behavior at variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional leaders and C-level executives
10. Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and fluid environment, with the experience to adapt, spot issues early, and escalate
11. Communication and interpersonal skills
12. A commercial and data-driven mindset with experience conducting market research and analysis, building business cases to influence product management decisions
