As the Product Design Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of designers to create experiences that empowers Meta to achieve our business goals. You will be a key member of the leadership team, collaborating closely with counterparts in product management, engineering, data science, UX research, content design, and other disciplines to define the strategy, operations, and communications that guide the team in building great products that address real user needs. **Required Skills:** Product Design Manager Responsibilities: 1. Effectively build and manage a design team, including clear goal setting, prioritization and project fit while managing with a focus on individual career progression 2. Ensure a shared vision and alignment by collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including product management, research, engineering, data science and stakeholders 3. Translate strategic goals of the org into design opportunities 4. Ensure a high bar of design quality through product delivery 5.
