Process Specialist - P&C

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Process Specialist - P&C with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Operational Reporting Business Operations and Insurance Products along with proficiency in MS Office. This role requires domain experience in Renewals and Changes/Endorsements. The work model is hybrid with rotational shifts. Proficiency in English is a must.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee the operational reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports.
+ Manage business operations to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
+ Utilize knowledge of insurance products to support various business functions.
+ Perform renewals and changes/endorsements with precision and attention to detail.
+ Use MS Office tools to create manage and analyze data effectively.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
+ Provide insights and recommendations based on operational data analysis.
+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
+ Support the development and implementation of new business strategies.
+ Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress.
+ Assist in the training and development of team members.
+ Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address any issues or concerns.
+ Adapt to rotational shifts and hybrid work model as required.
**Qualifications**
+ Possess strong technical skills in Operational Reporting and Business Operations.
+ Demonstrate expertise in insurance products particularly in renewals and changes/endorsements.
+ Proficient in MS Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint.
+ Have excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
+ Show ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
+ Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Display attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
+ Be adaptable to rotational shifts and hybrid work model.
+ Have a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.
