Process Specialist-Ops
**Job Summary** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Process Specialist-Ops with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Capital Markets Reconciliations preferably OTC Brokerage Exception Management Reporting and Payments. Additionally should be proficient in handling broker queries desk queries and able to deliver ad hoc requests from clients. This is a hybrid work model with preferably UK shift **Responsibilities** + Oversee the reporting requirements for OTC Brokerage products. + Provide detailed and accurate reporting to support business decisions and regulatory requirements. + Manage trade reconciliations using broker invoices and to ensure all trades are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly. + Implement and monitor all data consolidation required as per prescribed reporting formats. + Identify and mitigate operational risks within the OTC domain to safeguard the company financial integrity. + Manage and reconcile OTC broker fees payables and receivables to maintain accurate financial records. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. + Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for continuous improvement in operations. + Develop and maintain documentation for all processes to ensure consistency and compliance. + Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in the domain. + Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations to auditors. + Ensure all processes adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues promptly. **Qualifications** + Possess strong expertise in Billing Exception Management ensuring all billing discrepancies are addressed efficiently. + Have extensive experience in generating and analyzing reports to support business and regulatory needs. + Trade Reconciliations ensuring all trades are accurately reconciled. + Exhibit in depth knowledge of OTC Regulatory Reporting ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. + Show expertise in OTC Operational Risk Management identifying and mitigating potential risks. + Have experience in managing OTC Broker Fees Payables & Receivables ensuring accurate financial records. + Possess excellent analytical skills to identify trends and provide actionable insights. + Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members. + Have a proven track record of improving operational efficiency through process optimization. + Exhibit the ability to train and mentor junior team members fostering their professional growth. + Show attention to detail in maintaining accurate and compliant documentation. + Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model. + Possess strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve operational issues promptly. **Certifications Required** Preferably proficient with MS Office Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
