Principal Territory Specialist - Neuro, Spine, and ENT - Western Region
**What you will do:** + Establish and develop relationships with current and potential customers within the assigned area of responsibility, ensuring continuity and growth. + Identify the appropriate contacts and initiate meaningful connections. + Build reliable projections and forecasts. + Monitor trends, competitors, product developments, and legal regulations within the area of responsibility and report relevant updates to management. + Proactively offer solutions to customers and partners. + Plan, execute, and report customer or partner visits and product demonstrations in line with business objectives and customer needs. + Evaluate requests for proposals from customers and partners within the area of responsibility and prepare a comprehensive list of materials tailored to their requirements. + Translate strategy into actionable plans independently, with clear awareness of daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Demonstrate a basic understanding of how the function integrates within the broader business unit. + Inform customers about available purchasing methods (e.g., tender, leasing, intermediate or external purchase), collaborate with the tender department on selected projects, and support their completion and reporting. + Track material delivery schedules within the area of responsibility and communicate relevant updates to customers. + Oversee the delivery and installation of materials and provide user training post-sale. Facilitate billing processes and coordinate with Finance and Accounting to ensure timely collection of payments. + Communicate customer feedback, including complaints, to the Quality Management Representative and management. Evaluate feedback, take appropriate actions within the area of responsibility, and ensure effective communication with relevant stakeholders. + Prepare materials for congresses and demonstrations, ensure proper usage, and return them to storage in a clean and undamaged condition. + Communicate scientific support needs and plans to the marketing department and support their execution in assigned regions. + Provide assistance to the logistics team when required. + Use data and financial insights to anticipate issues and make informed decisions. + Demonstrate solid business skills, with support available depending on the complexity of the project. + Regularly search for new business opportunities across multiple product lines. ​ **What you need:** + Bachelor’s degree in business, medical, or a related field. + 5-8 years of relevant experience in medical device sales, particularly in a clinical or operating room setting. + Experience in Neuro, Spine, ENT, power tools, or ultrasonic devices is highly desirable. + Fluency in Arabic and good command of English. + Strong knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and product demonstration skills. + Valid KSA driving license.
