The Principal Consultant position is responsible for the delivery of implementation services for NetSuite customers in a post-sales environment. Working with the rest of the Professional Services department, this position will quickly assess customer needs, develop innovative plans to solve their problems, and implement these plans to the customer's satisfaction. A Consultant must have a passion for helping customers find creative ways to run their businesses more effectively. Finding new ways to constantly improve the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers is a top priority. Working with aggressive timelines and a full customer portfolio is required. This position is not expected to travel.

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Key Responsibilities
Provide implementation services to new and existing customers Document and validate customer’s business requirements and map to NetSuite functionality Configure/customize the NetSuite application to meet customer’s business requirements Conduct personalization sessions (on-the-phone and in-person) and document with meeting minute summaries Attend internal project meetings and provide status on the progress of activities and deliverables
Contribute to internal PS initiatives
Document solutions and contribute to the solutions repository Document Leading Practices and share with PS practice Participate in SME program in area(s) of interest and expertise

Education
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Management Information Systems
Professional Experience
5+ years’ experience in systems applications consulting, either internally via an IT/Service organization, or externally with a consulting firm or software provider Solid experience in Business Process Mapping and Change Management
