**Job title: Price Director**
We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Pricing Director to lead our global pricing initiatives. This leader will own the pricing governance model, orchestrating pricing and ensure pricing deployment across regions and product lines.
This role will be instrumental in shaping and implementing value-based pricing strategies, enabling pricing excellence in our go-to-market teams, and ensuring pricing processes are scalable, auditable, and integrated with our commercial systems. The ideal candidate brings a combination of analytical rigor, enterprise software pricing experience, and a strong ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
**Your role:**
Pricing Strategy & Governance
+ Develop and maintain value-based pricing frameworks aligned with our software portfolio and business model.
+ Lead annual and in-quarter pricing initiatives, including list price updates, regional adjustments, and promotions.
+ Govern the pricing lifecycle, ensuring pricing policies are standardized, auditable, and adhered to globally.
Pricing Orchestration
+ Own the end-to-end pricing orchestration process, ensuring timely and consistent deployment of pricing updates across all sales and quoting systems.
+ Drive adoption and continuous improvement of the Pricing Orchestrator platform (or equivalent pricing automation tools).
Stakeholder Management & Enablement
+ Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and Legal to align pricing actions with business strategy and compliance requirements.
+ Act as a strategic advisor to GTM leadership on pricing scenarios and margin optimization.
+ Build pricing playbooks, training materials, and change management plans to enable commercial teams.
Analytics & Insights
+ Lead pricing analytics and dashboards to monitor performance, compliance, and revenue impact.
+ Develop pricing elasticity models, competitive benchmarks, and customer segmentation to support strategic decisions.
Operational Excellence
+ Streamline pricing approval workflows and discount guardrails.
+ Drive automation and systemization of recurring pricing operations.
**You're the right fit if:**
+ MBA Finance, or related field.
+ 8+ years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Operations, Strategy, or Finance within a software or SaaS company.
+ Proven experience leading global pricing operations and strategy, ideally in an enterprise software environment.
+ Strong understanding of pricing models (subscription, perpetual, usage-based), value-based pricing, and discount management.
+ Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
+ Analytical mindset with a proactive, systems-thinking approach.
+ Experience working with commercial teams across multiple regions and product lines.
+ Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and enterprise deal governance processes.
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
