**Job Description**
Develope and implement required controls during PPAP validations to meet the product and process specification protecting the customer to receive non conformance material. Generate and collect the data required to submmit PPAP´s according to and get customer approval, warranty the correct status of the parts in the system and follow the process to ensure a proper project delivery to production area.
**Job Responsibilities**
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
+ Elaborate and update documentation required during PPAP validation based on the customer, product and process requirements.
+ Validate process drawings to elaborate data sheet collection.
+ Performs process capability analyses (when needed and assigned).
+ Prepares reports on testing results.
+ Customer notification for new changes and agreements to establish the requirements for PPAP.

+ TSU or Undergraduate degree required in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)
+ 2 years’ experience in similar position
+ GD&T knowledge
+ Working knowledge of quality/problem solving tools (PPAP, Capability studies, PFMEA, Gauge R&R, 4-Step, 8D, Fishbone)
+ Computer skills, (Microsoft Office, PLC, test stand)
+ Outstanding safety record and approach to behavioral based safety using proper PPE are requirements
