Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Powder Coater/Painter to join their team. As a Powder Coater/Painter, you will be part of the Barfield Product Line supporting a dynamic and diverse team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and strong problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Powder Coater/Painter

Location: Hamilton, OH

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

What's the Job?

Operate the powder coat system, including loading powder and spraying powder. Perform powder coat setup, including changing powders and making adjustments to the powder handgun. Ensure conformance with quality specifications throughout the coating process. Assist in troubleshooting and maintenance activities related to powder coating operations. Support the training of others on the operation and setup of powder coat processes.

What's Needed?

Relevant work experience in painting, powder coating, or completion of a trade school program. Ability to perform standard math operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Detail-oriented mindset to ensure quality production. Mechanically inclined with the ability to adapt and work with tools and machinery. Strong reasoning ability to think critically and overcome obstacles.
