**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Senior Process Executive - CHD with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Unified Service Desk and domain experience in Customer Experience Offerings Customer Experience and Store Operations. This hybrid role requires rotational shifts and proficiency in Spanish Portuguese and English.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the Unified Service Desk.
+ Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance customer experience.
+ Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
+ Collaborate with team members to improve store operations and customer satisfaction.
+ Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
+ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
+ Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
+ Implement best practices to optimize customer experience offerings.
+ Assist in training new team members on processes and procedures.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
+ Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
+ Adapt to rotational shifts and maintain flexibility in work schedule.
+ Communicate effectively in Spanish Portuguese and English to support diverse customer base.
**Qualifications**
+ Must have experience with Unified Service Desk.
+ Should have domain experience in Customer Experience Offerings Customer Experience and Store Operations.
+ Must be a native Spanish speaker with proficiency in reading writing and speaking.
+ Should have novice proficiency in Portuguese for reading writing and speaking.
+ Must be proficient in reading writing and speaking English.
+ Should have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
**Certifications Required**
Certified Unified Service Desk Specialist Customer Experience Management Certification
