Le mécanicien de précision, prototypiste est responsable de réaliser la programmation, réglage de la machine, usinage et contrôle de pièces uniques ou de petite série pour des outillages destiné à la fabrication de dispositifs médicaux. Il évolue au sein d’une équipe composée de concepteurs et mécaniciens bénéficiant d’un atelier de pointe. Ce poste reporte au responsable ingénierie de l’équipe Service Mécanique au sein du département développement. **Responsabilité** **s** **:** + Programmation FAO 3/5 axes + Réglage de la machine et usinage de pièces mécaniques de précision en petite série sur machines conventionnelles et centre d’usinage CNC 3 et 5 axes. + Contrôle des dimensions selon les plans et tolérances + Montage, ajustage et réglage des assemblages + Suivre les demandes de travaux mécanique en cours + Respecter les normes de qualité établies + Contribuer et participer aux règles de travail sécuritaire, signaler tout risque et événement EHS (Environnement, santé et sécurité).
