We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset, focusing on supporting co-workers and driving business results. As a PMO Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing data, generating reports, and coordinating key business initiatives within the Darwin Services department.
Successful PMO Analysts are organised, methodical, and have a great eye for detail, maintaining a high level of rigor in their work. You will also excel at working with both individual contributors and operational managers to ensure that data and necessary documentation are provided on time and are clear and easy to read. This role will be based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
We will count on you to:
Understand business results and report on them in business reports (e.g., Darwin Performance Report).
Run reports from internal tools regarding SLAs, headcount, capacity, and operational results.
Report on OKRs monthly in agreed formats (Excel and PowerPoint).
Own and manage quarterly reporting within the assigned team from Darwin Services.
Support and coordinate business reviews using reported data.
Coordinate the setting up of annual OKRs for the services team within Darwin Services.
Coordinate business resiliency exercises within Darwin Services.
Report and analyze monthly NPS (Net Promoter Score).
Perform analysis based on quarterly and yearly data on services teams.
Own communication on projects and tasks assigned: proactively inform project stakeholders about status of work.
What you need to have:
Two years of related work experience in a data analyst support role.
Strong understanding of KPI/OKR frameworks and experience in performance management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in reporting tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) to create insightful business reports.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Romanian.
