Support the implementation of EHS programs including Ramp-In, monthly safety training, and other initiatives as deemed necessaryEnsure that training information and material is communicated and demonstrated promptly and accuratelyTrain new employees and assist in new hire training efforts within each department; communicate new hire progress to plant supervisionEnsure that new hire resources, supplies, and materials are availableProvide on-the-job training with the support of buddy trainers for new hires on boarding and coaching team membersEnsure all team members have the tools, resources, information, and ability to perform their job dutiesLearn processes in all areas of production (RTC, FAB, Pack Out, and Meat Prep), PFS, FSQR, Safety, and Safety & ErgonomicsBe available to tour prospective candidates for production/support positionsRequired Qualifications
